Booking

All bookings for our Christmas and New Years events require a written booking request which may be made in person at the Castle Tavern or by downloading and completing our booking form and returning it to us.

Meal Pre-Order

Once your booking has been confirmed, you may use our meal pre-order form to book each of your guests meal.

Please select the pre-order form relevant to your booking.

Please note: a confirmed booking is required before placeing your order.

Terms and Conditions

Payment and Deposit

Written confirmation and a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, balance to be paid on evening of the event.
All food must be pre-ordered in full a minimum of 14 days prior to your party date. All pre-orders should have a gusts name next to the them, this will be used on the night for efficient food delivery.
All amendments to pre-orders must be made in writing, verbal changes may not be confirmed.
Cancellations of individual gusts or of the event will result in deposits being forfeited, all deposits are non-refundable or transferable.
Confirmation and pre-order forms will be forwarded on receipt of the booking form.
